We welcome you to our luxurious Milowai ocean front condominium located along the shore of Maalaea Bay. Come experience the spirit of Aloha where you will find the best of Hawaiian living along with the relaxing comforts of being in paradise in this beautiful vacation condo. Maalaea is conveniently located between Lahaina and Kihei and an easy 20 minute drive from the Kahului airport. We have beautifully furnished and decorated this one bedroom, one-bath unit. As you enter, you are greeted with spectacular ocean views of Maalaea Bay and Haleakala. From the private Lanai, you can relax listening to the sound of the surf while you enjoy watching surfers ride the waves, turtles feeding in the bay and at night see the twinkling lights across the bay from Kihei and Wailea. Directly in front of Milowai is one of the best places to watch the whales during the winter months (December –April). The tropical landscaping, beautiful manicured grounds, an ocean front pool, and shared outdoor gas barbecue with dining area add to the wonderful ambience and relaxing atmosphere of this location.

Lovely place
Loved this property - the lanai/neighborhood were very quiet and relaxing and the pool was lovely. Loved the area - away from the mega touristy areas - but close enough to amenities and beaches.

The place was clean. We really liked the view of ocean. It was nice to sit on the porch and enjoy it I appreciate having a parking spot and the check in process was easy. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Everything else worked though. Location worked out well too.

Island Retreat
We enjoyed our long stay at this condo. The condo is in a quiet neighbourhood and is situated for great views of whale watching and sunrises over Haleakala. Great central location for visiting different parts of the island. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was wonderful. There is a dedicated parking spot for the unit. 1st Time in Maui
We spent 5 days at the oceanfront condo. The condo was very clean and everything and all necessary amenities were available. Beautiful ocean view and centrally located to all the areas of the island we visited. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Central to all that is Maui
Very nice. Quiet. Easy to travel to different areas of the island. Watched whales every day from the patio. Only problem was bedroom tv did not work. Not a biggie!

Wonderful central location. Yes! Whales, whales, and more whales. Fun! Property is meticulous and condo was comfy. Most everything provided so all you need to do is arrive and start enjoying the weather and view.

Million dollar view
When we walked in the condo we were blown away with the view. On ground floor with lawn and pool and then the ocean. We spent hours on the lanui and sitting on the lawn watching surfers and the water. We loved that it was a smaller quieter community. We were an easy 10 minute drive to more of the big beaches and restaurants and shopping

Perfect Location
The condo was just as described. It is very comfortable and it just worked. We walked the marina every night as it was so close to the condo. I liked the preassigned parking. The kitchen was fully equipt for our needs. The bed was comfortable. I was not able to open the bedroom window, and that would have helped the sleeping temperature in the bedroom. The bedroom is the farthest room from the air conditioner but the fan helped.

Good value for the cost
We stayed in Kei and Miki’s condo for 40 nights. The location is great for connecting to all parts of Maui and it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The views of the morning sunrise over Haleakala and the whales in Maalaea Bay were amazing. The unit could use a good cleaning and some general maintenance. The owners also need to update the pictures and the accuracy of the listing. Mahalo Kei and Miki for sharing your condo. We plan to return next year.

Could Be Fantastic - But Needs Maintenance
Excellent Location - Beautiful View - Off Island Owners need to start maintaining the Unit. I stayed here 4 weeks in 2023 and 10 nights in February of this year. Things that needed attention in 2023 have still not been given the maintenance that is needed. Drapes are dirty and actually have duct tape holding them on the rod - the dryer did not work in 2023 for the first 3 1/2 weeks and again this year did not work. The bathroom grout and floor caulking is really dirty and the toilet takes several flushes to do the job of taking tissue down the drain. This could be the perfect condo for 2 people to stay in year after year, but after 2 years of renting I have lost hope that necessary improvements will be made. The owner is very nice and verbally responsive, but nothing seems to change. I am so sorry to say that in 2025 I will book a different unit.

Almost ideal setting
We have been to Maui many times and so had a good idea of what was important to us: Convenience of getting to the various things we love about Maui. This condo definitely has location, location, location. We loved our stay at this oceanfront condo, although I would have rated it at 4.5 stars instead of 5 if that choice was available. This is not a luxury accommodation, and it is not priced that way. First the positives.Maalaea Harbor is centrally located so we could get to activities all overthe island without much of a hassle. We could get to south to Wailea or north to Lahaina/Kaanapali, with equal ease. And our journey up to Haleakala for a “Sliding Sands” hike was not only easy, but we were able to determine prior to setting out whether the summit would be clear or fogged in.The proximity to Maalaea harbor - and its shops - was a two minute walk without going on the street. A great benefit. The property was very nice. Not luxurious by any means, but quite comfortable. The view from the lanai across to Kihei/Wailea was great. It would have been better two stories higher, but likely would have cost more. In my opinion, this condo was sized perfectly and outfitted perfectly for a couple on vacation whose main focus was enjoying all that Maui has to offer.The negatives: The televisions were not properly connected to a local cable system, but the WiFi did allow streaming after a sign in. The AC was not totally effective in the bedroom.Our host was very responsive.

Great condo with amazing views . We watched the sunrise every morning and even saw some sea turtles from the yard. This is a great location to everything on the island. Definitely would recommend!!
