「The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and...

「House is more run down than pictured. When we arrived it was a bit dirty. Some bugs in the ground, a sticky brown substance on the floor. The floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. We could have managed that, but as we gathered in the living room a MOUSE ran across the floor. This was immediately addressed with the property manager. 「Prairie Graceland is a great short term rental. Five of us were in town for the Nebraska/Michigan football game. This house provided plenty of room for us. The place is well appointed. We used the front porch a lot during our short stay. The home is in a relatively quiet and very safe neighborhood. We all thought the actual house was nicer than even the listing photos showed. Highly recommend staying here!」
