The property is very clean, modern and has a relaxed vibe. Its on a beautiful tree lined street where you wouldnt expect a hotel apartment complex away from the hustle bustle of Bayliss street ( if you could call it hustle bustle in Wagga, Im from Sydney). It has a great pool bbq area, very welcoming on a hot Wagga over 35C day. The staff are all exceptional and go the extra mile, very welcoming and accommodating. I dont want to say too much or everyone will discover my hidden oasis, this hidden gem.

Xmas stay for relatives

Booked my daughters in for Xmas. Outstanding service from the staff member on reception. The rooms are looking a little bit dated but they were very clean and comfortable. My niece also stayed there under my recommendation for the Xmas holiday period.

One of the better Quest apartments we’ve stayed in. Front office Staff member was friendly and considerate. Had this property been renovated it would receive 5 stars in all categories. It’s only a short walk to supermarkets, Cafes and food shops.

Originally booked here for three nights and then extended! Great welcome from Sophie on reception who allowed us to check in almost two hours early it set the trip off to a very good start. Our studio room was immaculately presented with clean crisp linens and beautiful fresh towels. The room had a kitchenette with a two ring induction hob, an under counter fridge, a microwave and a sink. The bathroom had a rain head shower cubicle and lots of space for storage in the under sink cupboard. The queen bed was comfortable and we slept well every night with little or no external noise. Wi-Fi worked perfectly in the room and out by the pool. The pool was kept clean every day and was very welcoming in 40c heat. There was shade and tables and chairs next to the pool in the BBQ area. The BBQ was huge and was a good quality model with six burners and a side ring. During the stay we requested an upgrade to a one bedroom suite to give us just a little more space. Anne on reception was a star rearranging things for us and together with Sophie managed to secure us a one bedroom apartment for yet ANOTHER stay later in the month. The one bedroom apartment is a different class with a super king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a private washer and dryer, a 4 ring hob, a large fridge freezer a dishwasher and a huge amount of living space with a separate desk. Woolworths within walking distance and you are not more than 10 minutes from many attractions in Wagga Wagga. Highly recommended

My bed was too hard compared to the room I had last time, last year. I mentioned it and a small topper was put on it, but it didnt really do much. Guests dont like complaining as it can negatively influence your stay, so please bear this in mind before asking us if we said anything or didnt say something sooner. It was my second day out of four, over the christmas break, I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but it was still uncomfortable, this affected my stay and will definately influence my decision to stay again, greatly! Dont forget that a good bed affects your sleep and whether you wake up sore and stiff as I did, who needs that on a holiday! You are the QUEST after all, I would expect less at at a cheaper hotel, not your hotel. They need to fix room key problems, twice mine locked me out my room and gave me great anxiety that it might happen at night, as I was staying over christmas break. My room was cleaned twice which was unexpected and a nice touch. The staff the cleaners especially, are so friendly and the reception staff. I much appreciated the guy who welcomed me christmas day. Also the late checkout was greatly appreciated as I had a later afternoon flight, thankyou to the lady who organised that as well as organising my taxi, it all went smoothly.
