The motel was within close walking distance of the hospital which was the main attraction for me on this visit. The room was excellently presented, clean and attractive with WiFi available for my enjoyment. The facilities were very modern as well. Nothing about the property was detrimental.

Have stayed here several times now. Service is very good and the rooms very clean Most appreciative of the help to get back into our room at 7:10 am on a Sunday when we locked ourselves out of the room loading the car.

Comfortable and clean, plenty of parking and great location. Would recommend. I was new to working in Wagga and found this hotel to be everything I needed. The only thing that needs to be improved is the outside lighting near room 4 where I stayed - with early starts and late finishes for work, it was too dark and the light bulb had blown. I did mention this on my second last day and hope it has been fixed for future guests

Good room size and location, and very helpful staff. The only minor issue was that some bathroom amenities (e.g. shower gel, hand soap) were not refilled sufficiently. But all in all, we were so happy, especially because the staff easily helped with rescheduling our stay at a very short notice during this peak season.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn Heritage, great size room, everything was clean and bathroom was very neat and clean. Breakfast delivered to your door in the morning was great, did not have to rush out to get breakfast. Close to food stores and diners. Will recommend to family and friends.

The room itself was great, very comfortable but the location is on the main street and not really within walking distance of much. However, for what we needed, which was somewhere close to the hospital, it was perfect and staff were friendly and helpful

Beds were uncomfortable, unpleasant toilet smell in the room on entry, noisy from both outside and from other rooms. Tv remote didn’t work. Bathroom was clean as was the kitchenette facilities.

Good all round accommodation with great facilities (simple cooking appliances etc). Beds were great and room was very clean. However, for a non-smoking room, there was a distinct smoke of cigarette smell in the room. Ashtrays were provided just outside the door, which probably was the source of the smell or other guests smoking outside their room could also the the cause. Suggest removing the ashtrays from non-smoking rooms and provide a saparate smoking area away from room doorways. All in all, a great overnight stay option.
