~Palazzo Toscano~ is a CUSTOM home of up to 4400 sq.ft with a PRIVATE HEATED POOL and HOT TUB combo for your enjoyment, both are very popular with our guests. When desired, gas heating is at $125/night+tax between Oct.-Apr. strictly to cover our gas bill. Please, order in advance, when desired!
Great location for Spring Training, Golf and Tennis championships sites!

EACH GUEST ROOM IS IN SEPARATE WING OF THE HOME and NOT one is next to another with NO shared walls! Complements of the home floor plan! So important!
Our home is the only property in the West Valley of Phoenix that offers UP to 13* INDIVIDUAL BEDS* for a larger of up to 20 guests groups. Inquire for 20+ group rates.

To book entire home with 6 rooms and 4 full baths booking must have 20 paid guests OR inquire to upgrade!

We welcome smaller or larger groups!
If you are booking for a min of 15 paid guests it's for 5 rooms (#1,2,3,4,6 as pictured) and 4 full baths with 11 individual beds to share.
Reservations of up to 14 paid guests are for 5 rooms(#1,2,3,4,5 as pictured) and 3 full baths with 10 individual beds to share.
The upgrade is available for an apartment suite(#6) if you desire to add 3 more Queen beds and 4th bath to expand for smaller(14 or less guests)groups, inquire for rates.
Any invitees MUST be on the reservation!

Plenty of TVs throughout the home with TV service and streaming capabilities, so bring your USB plug-ins and your subscriptions log ins!

-As Greater Phoenix plays host to 13 major league baseball teams each spring as part of the Cactus League, we are proud to be closest to many of the ballparks to catch the action!
-Surprise ballpark/stadium & Surprise 25 Tennis Courts North 9 miles. Goodyear Ballpark 12 min South. The Camelback Ranch Ballpark in Glendale/Phoenix about 20 minutes East of the home.
-Spring Training sites in West Valley for the Kansas City Royals, L.A. Dodgers, Cleveland Guardians, Cincinnati Reds, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners and Chicago White Sox are all within 10-25 minutes drive.
