Fully renovated in a down to the studs transformation, the interior was thoughtfully designed by Dana with original shiplap, bead board, and hardwoods that are beautifully blended with all new modern decor. Rye -- a Harp Design Co-trained craftsman -- has crafted one-of-a-kind pieces throughout the home.

We have 3 bedrooms with 3 FULL bathrooms (a rare find!). Two bedrooms have their own connected baths in en-suite style for ultimate privacy. We're located in the heart of downtown Waco, a short walk to the Silos, on the next block over. Relax with friends and family on not one, but two, of our large porches (front & back!), or enjoy the private fire pit area in the backyard.

Guest Access: You’ll have full access to the house, driveway and private fenced backyard (with gate). Check yourself in with Schlage Smartlock keypad and one-touch lock as you leave each time. (No keys to keep track of!)

Other things to note: The front bedroom has two (2) twin beds with slide out trundles for four (4) total beds if needed. (Handy for kids / extra guests.) We're within earshot of the Backyard venue which has live music from leading musicians / bands on Thurs, Fri and Saturday nights. You can sit around the firepit in our backyard and enjoy your own "private concert". A plus for most! BUT, if you're the turn-in-early type, we have ear plugs and noise machines on hand to block out the music completely. Check Backyard's concert calendar to see who's playing while you're in town.
