The owner was responsive and communicated timely with helpful information and resources for our stay. We did venture out to Waco a bit and the distance was just right. We hope to stay again soon!」

I spent time reading on the point watching the turtles pop their head up in the lake. It was a peaceful getaway. Oh! And the beds were extremely comfortable.」

「This was my second stay at Doe's Hideaway. It is a serene and beautiful setting, and the house is perfect appointed. It is 15-20 minutes easy commute from downtown Waco & Baylor University. It is perfect for porch sitting, walks, fishing and watching the stars. 」
