"I never had this reservation !!! I had a ticket for February and due to the situation in Israel I changed it , with Expedia , to a British Airlines ticket . I also canceled my hotel reservation in February, in Brussels . I don’t know where this March reservations happened … I was trying to cancel it but it was “non refundable…”. "The hotel is clean and comfortable with a good complimentary breakfast and my only issue was the complimentary shuttle bus only runs for a few hours a day so when my flight arrived at 2300, the bus was no longer running so I had to taxi or Uber to the hotel and again the same when I returned to the airport at noon"

"Greta location. Easy to get to and move around. Lovely staff. Spa is lovely and the pool is also nice. Room are clean and well taken care of. The breakfast is okay. Not much option for hot food but okay. "

"Good location, staff was friendly and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. My room was next to the staff-restaurant door so it was pretty noisy from around 5 am. "
