I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The property was poorly cleaned, with trash left in the corridors for days. I had rubbish outside my room for three days and no one bothered to remove it, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Checkout was equally frustrating. I needed a VAT invoice with amended details, and the front desk initially told me this wasn’t possible — which is simply not true. I was then told the invoice would be emailed later, but I had to chase the hotel several times before it was finally sent. Although the hotel offers competitive prices and a central location, the lack of cleanliness and the poor handling of basic administrative tasks made the stay unpleasant. I do not plan to return.
