"Great views from the top floor and excellent location - close to Peles Castle. The beds were not super comfortable. The kitchen facilities are in a different part of the house and are shared with others."

Housekeeping was thorough with daily service, and the staff was consistently professional and attentive. I asked few times about the Gondola rides, because of the weather and don´t have any idea, at least they can check the website in case someone asked. Among that, the hotel is very good!!"
