"Very nice stay - very clean. Never saw any staff so can’t review that. Parking was minimal and cramped - luckily we ubered where we needed to go so that we wouldn’t lose our spot. Check-in is simply using door code given per email… very simple and easy. The room is basically that, a room big enough for bed and side tables and dresser. Our room’s air conditioning was not working as well as the rest of the house so that was a little uncomfortable sleeping in a room that was 10 degrees warmer than the hallway outside and the rest of the house in the middle of August.
Even with all that, I would still stay here again if we came to Birmingham needing to stay in that area for convenience . "

The only thing is there is no parking except valet, but it is not very expensive. It just would have been nice to know. "
"Check-in and out was very easy. The view was beautiful over seeing the city. The beds were very comfortable. The condo can be stocked with more bath towels, wash clothes, laundry detergent and have dish detergent for dishes. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. Kathleen was very easy to message and her response was quick."

"We arrived after a long day of travel through flash floods, only to be immediately disappointed by the condition of the property. It looked nothing like the photos—aged, dirty, and poorly maintained. The front door didn’t even latch properly without the deadbolt. I contacted VRBO support to report numerous issues: only one working AC unit for three upstairs bedrooms in the Alabama summer heat, a bathroom door that wouldn’t close, broken and mismatched furniture, a broken pull-out couch, missing outlet covers, curtain rods falling off, and belongings from previous guests still there.On Day 2, my pregnant wife cut her foot on an exposed staple on the stairs while following our two young kids. She needed a tetanus shot. My father and father-in-law removed 58 nails/staples from the stairs. We also found two broken chairs, sharp objects in the carpet, paint on a drinking glass, and broken glass in the dishwasher. I requested a full refund, which the property manager said they’d look into.By Day 3, we were told to vacate immediately—without any prior notice or time to arrange new accommodations. Thankfully, a VRBO rep helped us find a new place and offered financial support. While a refund was promised, we haven’t received it yet.VRBO did what they could, but this property was unsafe, misleading, and unacceptable. I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone."
