Nice location, but… Older resort, rooms need updating, in particular the bathrooms. Older bathtub with sliding doors make up the shower space. Indoor pool is heated, but still cool. Exterior pool is a good hike away from the main building and is not heated. We took half board; the food was bland and basic. Limited breakfast choices. Dinner is basic cafeteria food. Choose something a bit better if you don’t want to be disappointed.

The location is spot on with easy access to the beach and the center and it's restaurants. Free parking for hotel guests. The only negative is that the rooms is in need of a refresh. I visited this hotel for the first time over 10 years ago, and noting has been done during this time. The AC barely manage to cool the room down. 10 years ago you could make it refrigerator cool.

We could not recognize the hotel from the pictures, the outdoor pool is not at this hotel, but the neighbor hotel.. indoor pool is small & pretty old, also room & bathroom was very old and run down. Hotel location is good near the port. Breakfast was good.

A very nice but quite old hotel that is looking for new investments to make it even better. The rooms on the ground floor have the problem of noise from the corridor, so it is impossible to sleep longer in the morning.

Bugs!

The balcony was amazing and the view too. However, it was ruined by the large amount of ants in our room. We were too scared to eat anything in our room, our children were scared to be there. It's a very old hotel and they were crawling ut from every nook. The employees even tried to close the holes, but then they came from the ceiling instead. Will not go back.

Piacevole sorpresa a Orsera! L’hotel nonostante necessiti di una importante ristrutturazione globale, risulta ancora piacevole, qualità del materasso, suite ampia, frutto di un upgrade x il mio compleanno, piscina interna con acqua dolce a temperatura gradevole, qualità discreta di colazione e cena… danno un rapporto molto favorevole dí rapporto qualità e prezzo!!!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Frühstück. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist der Zustand des Hauses OK. Solche tollen Angestellten hätte ich mir schon in vielen 4 Sterne Hotels gewünscht. Die ideale Lage macht dieses Hotel zu ganz was besonderes.Der schöne Wellness Bereich lässt auch Schlechtwetter Erträglich werden.

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war ein toller Blick auf den Hafen von Vrsar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Verständigung war einfach in englisch oder deutsch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und es war für jeden etwas dabei.

Très belle vacances au cœur de l’Istrie

Hôtel très bien situé au sein d’un espace hôtelier comprenant 2 autres établissements. A 2 minutes à pied du port et des bars/restaurants, de la plage et de la piscine extérieure partagée avec les autres établissements mais où nous avons toujours trouvé de la place. L’Hôtel est dans son jus on va dire. Notre chambre méritait amplement une rénovation mais était fonctionnel (clim bruyante, mobilier vieillot, télé minuscule mais literie confortable et silence). L’équipe est très serviable et disponible. Le restaurant entièrement rénové est bon avec un buffet assez bien garni. Attention, les boissons (y compris l’eau) ne sont pas comprises dans la formule dîner proposée.

Hotel review

I felt my room was rather shabby and the bathroom was not overly clean, but it was pointed to me that I had only booked an ‘economy’ room. I have had better in a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge. I think there may be a new side of the hotel and an older side, I was definitely in the older side. Staff however were very nice and friendly.
