House for 4 persons: approx. 60?m2. The property is spread over two levels that follow the natural slope of the terrain. From the front, guests enter the upper floor (ground level), which comprises a compact living area with sea view – including the kitchen, dining corner and a small lounge area, with access to the terrace. Air conditioning is also available. An interior staircase leads to the lower level, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV, while the other has two single beds – this bedroom is open in layout and does not have a door. Although these rooms are situated below the entrance level, they are at ground level on the street side and receive natural light through windows facing the street.

WiFi available free of charge. A parking space is provided on a public town car park, located approximately 750?m from the house. Please note that the walk back from the parking area to the house is uphill. Upon check-in, guests will receive a parking card valid for the duration of their stay. It is possible to drive close to the house to unload luggage. Bookings from youth groups are not accepted. Reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
