「Beautiful gardens and pool area. Despite being next to the road it was very peaceful. Good selection at Breakfast. There is only one coffee machine which could lead to queues at peak times. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop 23 and for 3 euros you can get to Skiathos town and the airport. Bus can be very busy at peak times. 「My girlfriends & I recently stayed at the Avaton Villas for my bachelorette trip and it was absolutely PERFECT! Eleni, Gianna and the entire staff went above and beyond. Not only did they make arrangements and reservations for us, they gave us excellent recommendations and local insights. The Villa itself was perfect, it was so clean and spacious with an amazingggg view. I can’t recommend staying here enough!」

「The hotel is situated on the side of a hill which offers great panoramic views across the bay. There are quite a number of steps if you are walking from the pool or bar and restaurant area so may not be suited with those with accessibility needs. 「Beds are less than desirable and pool area could use a good cleaning. Staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to the room so coffee isn’t warm by the time it makes it to you. No soap or toiletries of any kind. This isn’t a place to stay if you struggle with steps.」

The amenities ended up being less than what was listed, there are no washers, no parking, wifi sucks, etc. the pool was not clean, the food remained the same every day. It’s far from the main road.
