    1 Bed for 2 pers. LAMPOLET of 160 cm. Foldable/foldable is at your disposal for a pleasant and very comfortable night >2 adults. (Simple handling > the cushions stay in place!). Magnificent and incredible 180° sea view of the Golden Islands, thanks to this 8 m² south-facing terrace! Plancha, Oven & Mico-Waves (Samsung multi-functions)very high quality.
    Perfectly maintained by its owners, 3rd floor (with asc, No accommodation above), SPLENDID, UNIQUE VIEW of the bay of Lavandou and the GOLDEN ISLANDS > 1 Box on the ground (direct access even asc).
    In the heart of the very famous "Domaine DES MANDARINIERS" opposite the Auberge de la Calanque) with caretaker and secure access (very quiet).
    All on foot:
    - 2 minutes from the large beach in the center and the new port.
    - 3 minutes from the city center and shops, restaurants and bars.
    - St Clair beach on foot. (5 min)
    - Total sea view (bay Lavandou/Bormes les mimosas, islands of the levant and Porquerolles).
    - Very well equipped with a modern decoration, entrance, large mirrored wardrobe, American kitchen

Appartement parfaitement conforme à la description, pratique, très belle vue mer, proche de tous commerces à pied, propre et bien équipé. Me propriétaire et le concierge sont très disponibles.
