"This is an amazingly beautiful period property with lots of original features, we chose this property because it was so beautiful, we held our wedding ceremony there and everything was perfect, the property was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed, we were a party of 45 people and it did not feel crowded. The pool was a welcome addition to the property also.You would need a car if staying her as not accessible by public transport, but we knew that before booking."

"Despite some mixed weather, we had a lovely week by the river. Lots of wildlife, even caught a glimpse of a red squirrel. The house is well equipped, with a cosy log burner for chilly evenings. Lots to see within an easy drive. There are plenty of guidebooks and maps available in the property for use of guests. This was our second visit and it is perfect for a relaxing stay."
