「Janelle was very welcoming and accommodating. The house was decorated for the holidays and very clean, comfy, and cozy. There are wonderful amenities such as pool, fire pit, grilling area, if the weather allows for outdoor activities. 」

「Excellent host! Let them know we would be arriving late-had a small issue with the pin entry(user error!) and they were immediately able to assist! Apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and place was set up with everything we needed for our quick stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Hoping to stay at this place again during upcoming multi day stay for upcoming surgery at St Peter’s Hospital in January-Thank you for the hospitality!」

「This is a clean, well-maintained house with a great host! Communication was easy, instructions were clear, and we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We were 2 adults traveling with 4 kids (ages 5-9) and wanted something close to Windham Mountain. Everyone loved the downstairs air hockey and pool table and the layout of the house was easy with plenty of space. The house had ample towels and extra blankets, and more "smart" devices than I know how to work! There was a snowstorm when...

「The house was nicely setup and clean. The location was very central to where we needed to be. The host was very responsive. 」

「Lee was a great host offering to go above and beyond. The space is amazing to look at and comfortable to stay in. The only downfall is the parking situation and may not be in the absolute safest part of town but close to palace theater and we just ubered once we found parking. Obviously this isn’t an issue Lee can fist so it did not affect my review 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property and will rent again when in the area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The apt was beautiful and immaculate. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only area that was perfect was the outside stairs to the front door— uneven, steep, etc. We had older guest with us and this was concerning. But we managed. Thanks again for a great stay」
