I’d like to show you our villa, right on the water’s edge. It feels just like being on a boat!<br>It’s absolutely peaceful and completely private—the nearest houses are 200 meters away.<br>The living area is 130m², plus 80m² of ocean-facing terraces, a 2,000m² garden, and a private 100m² beach/terrace with direct access to the ocean.<br>You can sunbathe and swim right in front of the house in complete peace and quiet.<br><br>The villa is spacious (all rooms are air-conditioned), fully equipped, and offers a very high level of comfort. You’ll also have a reliable internet connection.<br>On the first level, you’ll find a large living room and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 45m² dining terrace with a breathtaking view of the gulf.<br>On the second level, there are three bedrooms (including a master suite), each with its own terrace overlooking the water. The bedding is of high quality.<br>The villa features two bathrooms (no bathtubs) and two separate restrooms.<br><br>At the back of the villa, you’ll find 2–3 private parking spaces for your cars, as well as a large shaded relaxation area for lunch and barbecuing.<br>The villa has an interior staircase without a handrail, so please be careful if you are traveling with young children.<br><br>This gem is located on the mainland, in the Pagasetic Gulf, across from the Sporades Islands (Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonissos), at the foot of Mount Pelion.<br>By car, via the E75 highway, it is a 2.5-hour drive from Athens Airport, a 1.45-hour drive from Thessaloniki Airport, and a 10-minute drive from Volos Nea Anchialos Airport (direct flights from London Gatwick, Brussels, and Amsterdam).<br>All amenities (grocery stores, bars, restaurants, supermarkets) are located in a village 1,500 meters away.<br>Just 15 minutes from the villa, the city of VOLOS offers all the services of a major city with a population of over 100,000.
