「This apart/hotel location is not for everyone. Very stiff hill makes it difficult to walk around. TV channels are limited, room is very small, beds were not comfortable it all . Blankets and pillows were great . Cleaning crews were the best. Last four days of our stay was not hot water, we had no showers. Four stars for this place is definitely overrated. This is the fifth time we are visiting Karlovy Vary and our expectations get lower and lower . Thanks」

Very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed everything.
Specifically, our room was clean and wide. Tennis court, basketball court, trampoline, etc are available outside. Indoor swimming pool and sauna are also available. Staffs are very friendly.
