"Shuttle fantastic; Lobby very nice. Room clean but musty smell. Unable to open window and took a long time to get someone to fix it. However when Maintenance came, he was super nice-fixed my window and TV. Mattresses not very comfortable. I would go back despite these concerns though because the staff were so friendly and willing to accomodate my early arrival."

"Great location close to shopping and dining. Our room was very clean, quiet, and well‑equipped for a family. Breakfast was excellent, with rotating hot items and plenty of waffle/oatmeal toppings. Valerie was especially kind and hardworking, keeping everything clean and stocked till the last minutes of breakfast time; 10 AM. The pool was clean and warm (no hot tub). Most staff were friendly, though a few housekeepers felt a bit cold. Housekeeping is offered every other day for 3‑night stays or longer. Free self‑parking felt safe with lots of space even late at night. Overall, a very comfortable stay and we’d happily return."

"It was dirty, mold growing in a water damaged bathroom that was not properly repaired. There was something dripping from the ceiling with a bucket to catch the water! Terrible !"

"We stayed here while traveling with an infant and it was just what we needed! The room was clean and tidy, there was enough space next to the bed to set up our pack and play, the bed was nice and firm as well. The staff were very kind and courteous and the location is great for being able to walk around downtown without needing to deal with the car seat after a long drive."

"They have been remodeling and the updates are quite nice. The room was super clean, there are plenty of plugs, fridge and AC worked great. Everything was nice. The building is older so you will see some signs of the “vintage” bones - but everything was very well kept. The staff was very friendly. There was not much else but rooms and I didn’t see any vending machines or ice machine etc. There was a nice sports bar with friendly servers right next door."
