Our bright, modern apartment, furnished in a Mediterranean style, is the perfect place to stay for your vacation in Istria.
It’s located on a quiet side street and offers ocean views from the bedroom, living room, and balcony.
The apartment includes a private parking space that guests arriving by car can use 24 hours a day.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

The apartment features a large balcony, an open-concept kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, a coffee maker, an electric stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. Right next to the kitchen is a dining table for 4 people, as well as direct access to the balcony, where you can use another large dining table that seats 4 people.

The west-facing balcony offers pleasant, shaded temperatures from morning through noon without direct sunlight; in the evening, you can admire the sunset over the sea from the balcony and end the day with a cool drink.

With a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch with a real mattress in the living room, the apartment sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and a washing machine.

As an alternative to the air conditioning, you can use the 3-speed ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom to cool the rooms on hot summer days. For entertainment, a smart TV with satellite reception for international channels is available.
