The main living space is on the first floor, an open plan lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, 4 gas rings, mixer), glass doors open out to a terrace, a great spot to take a morning coffee and from the terrace are steps leading down to the pool area. There is also a utility room (washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, sofa bed for 1 person which you can move in any bedroom) on this floor. Outside, a magnificent 40m² pool is the focal point equipped with poolside shower and sun loungers to relax and enjoy even the hottest summer days. A delightful covered summer kitchen is positioned next to the pool with a barbecue and dining furniture for meals al fresco. Within the 2000m² garden plot there is a completely fenced animal enclosure with ducks and geese which are fed every morning and evening (the comfort of the guests is not disturbed in any way), a wonderful experience for children and animal lovers to watch! Villa Mila is perfect for families or friends who enjoy a peaceful location whilst still having easy access to the busier coastal resorts and historical towns in Istria.
