The house:

On the ground floor:
- In a row, a lounge area, and kitchen dining room overlooking the terrace and pool
- an equipped kitchen open to the outside with garden access to the pool side
- a separate toilet

On the 1st floor:
- A bedroom with bed 160 x 190
- a bedroom with bed 90 x 200 and 90 x 190
- a bathroom with bathtub and double sink
- a separate toilet

On the second floor:
- Two bedrooms with bed 160 x 190, one with office space
- A shower room with toilet

The exteriors:

- a terrace with garden furniture for 6-8 people
- a 4x2.5 swimming pool naturally heated and secured by the dome
- river access with two canoes available

The beds are prepared on arrival for optimal comfort
