「Room needs updating. Shower needs work. Water filled up inside shower. drainage issues. Restaurant needs better customer service and better serving time. Ordered my meal and it took over 30 minutes to get it and was not what I ordered. Had to speak with manager bc waitress didn't come back to let me know they were out of the food I selected but still charged me for it.. So he had to take it off and correct it. Beds slept very well and celebration room employees are the bomb! Suggestion : when...

「check in staff was not happy to be at work and it showed,sports bar was nice and the staff and bartender were great, ordered breakfast from the coffee shop,the restaurant didnt open till 8am. no butter salt or pepper available you have to get that at the restaurant. they were closed till 8am」

「The facility has been completely renovated beautifully done. All new and so very clean. Excellent bed and bedding. They accept pets, which is a big plus. Staff was excellent. The only drawback for me was there was no pool, it had been filled in. Nice alternative if you’re not into the B&B scene there.」

「Breakfast had a variety. Yogurt with toppings. Fresh fruit, muffins, breads, fresh waffles. Scrambled eggs and link sausage. Juice and coffee. Ice machine Snack machine BREAKFAST attendent helpful as well as night clerk went out of his way to help.」

「The room was run down and in need of repairs. There was a foul odor in the toilet. The towel bar in the shower was missing. The walls in the shower were caked with accumulated soap film and were unclean. In the lavatory area, there was a portion of the wall where something had been attached (probably a hand soap dispenser) to the wall but was torn off leaving broken hole in the drywall. The wall switch light by the door was too dim, around a 40-watt light. Three of the other lamps didn't...

「Elevator out of service. Room has no working AC, smelled awful and there were a pair of dirty underwear on the floor of the room that was supposed to have been cleaned. The whole place is run down and very dirty. I do not recommend anyone stay there.」

I was in the "Roses" room. Be aware that A/C unit is just behind this 1st floor room...so it can be a bit noisy. I would op for a 2nd floor room on my next trip.」

「We come to Shreveport/Bossier often to see family and this is by FAR our best stay yet. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They understood the importance of small details. The property is clean and quiet and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. We will definitely be considering this hotel again next time we come down!」

「The breakfast was absolutley delicious and beautifully prepared! We had bloody Mary's and Mimos too...all included in our stay. We stayed in the red and white gingham cottage which we loved because it stood seperate on it's own. The window unit AC kept the room very comfortable. It had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The cottage was small but very comfortable, except for Bathroom standup shower was a little too small for my 6'6 husband...but all good. We couldn't have had a better...
