Don’t believe everything people tell me

I stayed at Ibis airport because I had a flight to catch next day Morning. A couple of times I asked the hotel staff about taxi service. They said, they will call the taxi for me when I was ready to go to the airport and it will take about 15 minutes wait. That was not true. I waited for a taxi for about an hour and I end up missing my flight…. Which was a connection to an international flight. It was very upsetting. Had to find my ways to call United Airlines to reschedule my connection. Luckily my flight to the USA was latter in the evening and I was able to make to Guarulhos on time. I know it doesn’t have nothing to do with the hotel service. However, if they hadn’t said it was easy to catch a taxi easily, I had made my arrangements and not waited for the hotel staff to call me a cab. Very disappointed with false information. Lesson learned.

Atendimento inicial não foi legal. O quarto é bem antigo e barulhento. As paredes são muito finas, então se ouve quase tudo do quarto ao lado. Cama confortável, apesar de tudo.

Razoável. O hotel é desorganizado. Na chegada jantei no restaurante e efetuei o pagamento no at. Quando do checkout, no dia seguinte, queriam me cobrar o consumo de bebidas. Informando que já tinha pago, foi me informado que estaria tudo em ordem. Na parte da tarde, recebi uma cobrança, por WhatsApp, da mesma despesa. Mas uma vez informei o pagamento, com a remessa dos comprovantes. Espero ter resolvido a questão
