Hôtel de centre-ville

Hôtel agréable en centre-ville, dans une galerie marchande très calme. Dommage que ma chambre, au 1er étage, donnait directement dans une cour intérieure, certes pas fréquentée pendant mon séjour, car cela oblige à garder la fenêtre fermée.

Excellent location to walk to everywhere, surprising good restaurants not in the old town area but out side the old town in the southern border, the traditional fine art museum contents are average, but the buildings complex are superb, the modern art museum is excellent inside and out.

Bien situado, cerca de restaurantes, bares, comercio, etc. Un poco difícil de localizar. Dimos 4 vueltas hasta que localizamos el sitio, porque está dentro de un pasillo. Habitación silenciosa, cosa que se agradece, y espaciosa.

He pasado solo una noche, y ha cumplido mis expectativas,limpieza,comodidad,servicio, simpatía y ayuda para poder moverme por la ciudad,por parte de las recepcionistas. He quedado muy satisfecha. La situación del hotel muy buena, se puede recorrer el casco histórico .

Odd location within a ‘cut through ‘ between 2 streets. However it is right within the heart of the town and the room and v clean and the staff are very helpful. If I go back to Vitoria Gaistez I would book here again.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable. La habitación es pequeña y con la dotación mínima, pero resulta adecuada para una estancia de un par de días. No tiene servicio de recepción abierto todo el día.

Céntrico pero olor a pintura

El hotel como valoración positiva está muy céntrico y la habitación y cama para ser un 2 estrellas estaba más que correcta. En el aspecto negativo resaltar que la habitación al entrar daba un olor a pintura que tuvimos q dejar las ventanas abiertas para estar allí.tambien el precio de 90€ noche(aunque eran carnavales)se hace caro,pero todos lo estaban.Por último resaltar que por la noche no hubo ruido pero si a partir de las 8 o 9 de la mañana.

Inexpensive and very comfortable

The arrival can seem a little foreboding as the hotel is located inside a building off the street and you have to auto-checkin using a machine, so there is no one in site when you arrive. But it comes at a very low price, with a comfortable bed, simple, yet very clean room and excellent wifi (i was able to live stream an American football game), and right in the center of the city. So I was very happy with my choice, which ended up being perfect for a one night stay. In the morning a very friendly attendant at the front desk took my key.
