Second time staying here. Great location. Would come back. Host very attentive. Shower in guest bathroom needs a new shower head. Everything else very nice.

Perfect relaxing getaway

Clean, spacious, very nicely furnished unit in a great location. Short walks to great restaurants. Easy check in and assigned parking in secure garage was a bonus. Beautiful well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Super amazing place

We absolutely loved this place! The beds are very comfortable. This place has everything you need. We also love the area! We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to stay here again. Check in and parking super easy!

Family vacation with teens

The apartment and Kim were perfect. We did a long weekend to see Legoland and the Safari park, and this property is close to both. There is a coffee shop/bakery, McDonald's, and CVS all in walking distance. Great restaurant next door. The app was not working when I landed in San Diego, but Kim's number was listed, and she answered right away to give me all I needed!

Great place close to lego and safari park

The place was clean and had plenty of security for me and my family. The only issue i had was all the fees taked onto the final price roughly $500 in additional fees they don't tell you until check out. Other than i would recommend this place.

Great Location, Spacious Rooms, 2 Adults, 2 Kids

Spring break, did beach, Legoland and SD Safari. Great location near safe downtown restaurants. 10 mins to Legoland and 30 mins to the Safari. Rooms are larger than expected, nicely furnished home! Would stay again.

Clean and modern

This new apartment was clean and plenty spacious for my husband and I on a quick weekend trip for a wedding nearby. The building itself is noticeably new within the downtown Vista area and felt safe/secure with the private parking spaces and secured doors to enter. Bonus was being within walking distance to one of our favorite brewery locations, Belching Beaver!

Trip for father’s memorial

This property was centrally located between areas we needed to travel to. We could get up in the morning, walk to breakfast, then get in the car, parked in the garage and be on our way to Escondido, Fallbrook, Carlsbad and other local cities.

Spacious loft apartment. Worked great for our family!

Our party was three adults and two small children in Vista to see other family. We paid an additional fee for the extra person. I would have liked to spend more time in the apartment as it was so clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning and fans. There were some nice details for little ones, like a pack n play and hoodie bath towels. We appreciated and made use of the beach towels as well. The parking spots are small and challenging- compact vehicles would work best.

Great Stay!!

I was here for two weeks and it was perfect! The location was great, a short drive to the beach and surrounding cities of Carlsbad and Oceanside. Loved that it was within walking distance to a few restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything I needed for a two week stay. Would love to come back to Vista and rent here again.

Getaway from the everyday!

The pictures and description online are totally accurate! Such a beautiful condo, with so much space! The beds were fantastic and everything was so clean! We loved being able to walk to the tram as well as all of the restaurants in the vicinity - some great breweries!!! Highly recommend this property!!!
