A beautiful old quaint hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful and the rooms were clean, beds comfortable and a huge bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. This is not a chain hotel so accept that this hotel has character.

Malin, the front desk attendant, was superb. She welcomed us, told us about the accommodations and services, recommended car rentals and restaurants. She made sure everything from the beginning to end of our stay was wonderful.

Leider nachts keine Erholung.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und zentral. Hoteleigene ParkplĂ€tze gibt es nicht, sind auch nicht notwendig, dad am Hafen in der Tarifzone C ausreichend Platz gibt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist ok. Das Bad einfach aber sauber, vermeintliche Flecken stellen sich als Emailledefekte dar. Unser Zimmer war nicht klimatisiert, eigentlich keine Problem wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlafen könnte. Eine LĂŒftung an der RĂŒckseite des Hotels machte dies mit ihrer nĂ€chtlichen GerĂ€uschentwicklung leider unmöglich. Also Fenster zu und schwitzen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war in Ordnung!

VÀldigt dyrt för ett trÄngt rum med enda möbler en sÀng och en pinnstol. Betalade extra för hund men varken vattenskÄl eller hundbÀdd ingick vilket alltid brukar finnas pÄ andra hotell. Smutsigt runt golvlister och precis utanför rummet hade stÀdpersonalen stÀddagen.

Bra lÀge pÄ hotellet. Rummet var som förvÀntat invÀndigt, men det var en skrotupplag/soptipp alldeles utanför ett av fönstren sÄ det gick inte att ha öppet. Det var Àven fönster Ät andra hÄllet som inte kÀndes ok att ha öppet pÄ natten dÄ det var full insyn och lÀtt att ta sig in genom. Dessa tvÄ omstÀndigheter gjorde rummet extremt varmt eftersom det inte finns ac.

SANSLÖST varmt pĂ„ rummet. En receptionist gjorde vad hon kunde för att fixa flĂ€ktar men hjĂ€lpte INGENTING. Att öppna fönster hjĂ€lpte inte heller, dessutom rökte en del av personalen pĂ„ innergĂ„rden (dit vi hade fönster) sĂ„ luktade ocksĂ„ rök in om fönstret var öppet. Badrummet extremt litet och trĂ„ngt, vĂ€ldigt mycket svartmögel i hela badrummet samt mĂ„nga silverfiskar. Det var vĂ€ldigt fuktigt trots mekanisk flĂ€kt som styrdes av lampknappen. Vilket tyder pĂ„ dĂ„lig ventilation pĂ„ hotellet generellt sett. Frukosten riktigt bra Ă€ndĂ„ och det var vĂ€l det enda utöver lĂ€get pĂ„ hotellet. Kommer inte besöka igen. Synd att hundar inte heller fĂ„r sitta i för-rummet till restaurangen. Det brukar dom pĂ„ alla andra hotell jag varit pĂ„. NĂ€r det regnade ute kunde vi alltsĂ„ bara Ă€ta frukost genom att ta med pĂ„ rummet. Restaurangen pĂ„ hotellet Ă€r inte lĂ€ngre verksam (utöver frukosten). Jag hade valt nĂ„got för en vistelse i Visby, helt klart.

Lovely staff, clean and well located.

Central Visby is noisy in the evening, so this hotel is of course affected, but the location is great for daytime. The staff are super friendly and helpful,and the whole place was spotlessly clean and in great condition, no signs of wear and tear. Comfortable beds, and although not a huge range for breakfast, the selection was fresh and tasty. Lovely decking area at the front, for breakfast, or a coffee in the afternoon, away from the crowds.

Wunderbares kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Von hier aus ist alles gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind besonders: historisch, bzw. historisiert. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist umfangreich und lecker. W-LAN funktioniert, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt!

Bo mitt i centrala staden. Mysigt och slingriga korridorer. Rymligt rum pÄ översta vÄningen. Lite enklare frukost och hög ljudvolym i matsalen som var ljus men blev varm under glastaket. Toaletten stÀdades men glas byttes inte ut.
