"Tout c’est très bien passé: le message de hôte est clair, l’arrivée simple à l’horaire libre. Tout est parfaitement propre. Petite attention agréable de la part du hôte : bouteille du vin au réfrigérateur. Saune et spa comme sur l’annonce, bien propres. L’aménagement sympathique. "The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was truly a 5-star experience with a great variety and quality. The main bed was very comfortable, but unfortunately, the sofa bed was a big letdown — really uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious, which we appreciated, but they do feel quite outdated. It’s definitely time for some fresh paint and a bit of remodeling to bring things up to modern standards. The location was perfect — set in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails nearby, which made for a lovely morning or evening stroll."

Spacious, well decorated and clean apartment

"Spacious, well decorated and clean apartment. Coffee and tea sachets provided (including coffee pods) provided and replenished each day. Also washing up cloths and dishwasher tablets. Comfortable 3-piece suite. Approx. 30 minute drive from Luxembourg city. There is also a bus service, but I don't know how frequent. There is plenty of off-road parking. The hotel is immediately next to a petrol station, but don't let this put you off. You don't notice it. And there is a well-stocked shop at the petrol station. Note that the hotel is in an isolated location, a couple of miles outside Helperknapp. Also it is in the canton (county) of Mersch, not the town of Mersch. And Helperknapp is also know as Tuntange. In short, trust your sat nav even if it appears to be taking you somewhere unexpected (possibly speaking from experince [laugh emoji])"
