"The air didn't work in the room the second night we stayed and there were bees in our room. When I said something to the front desk their response was, sorry about that. There were teenagers kicking doors at 11pm and there were several complaints. I would not recommend."

"Had asked staff to send someone to take a look at water pressure and temperature in shower and no one ever showed up. Took a shower in luke warm water for 3 days. "

He said we always get complaints about it, but they never fixed the issue. The staff was nice. I had a nice beach view balcony. Def will not go back especially with kids. Neighborhood not safe. "
