「Wonderful, great folks to work with, animals add to the whole experience. Close to hiking we wanted to do. Christine's food at the Cafe was great, Best French Fries ever!!. Chees burger was very tasty as well. Unbelievable weather and anyone we met at local businesses or hiking were nice and very friendly.」

「We had such a fantastic time at this property. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly (animals included), the land is gorgeous and well maintained, and the spaces were very clean especially considering that this is a farm tucked into the woods. Super easy drive from the state fair grounds. We cannot recommend this enough! 」

「We loved everything about this place!!!! Great rural location, no need to fight with neighbors or a campsite over noise. Well appointed, loved the grill, coffee pot, cut wood for the fire, mattress and extra for. Everyone fit nice and cozy with room for the kids and dogs to romp. We didn’t use the shower but it was awesome to have the option. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and ability to drive to great hikes in the area!!!!」

「The host, Jodee, was quick to respond and very helpful. Don't pass this place up! Fully stocked house with: electricity, inside bath, outdoor shower and the land with the stream don't miss this, bring your pole. We absolutely loved it. Very peaceful. 」

「The cabin was perfect for an overnight stay. It was so secluded and the woods were beautiful. We were able to walk to the winery/brewery down the road and spent a lovely night by the fire. We were comfortable sleeping in the cabin with the windows open. The farm was very cool although the llama (alpaca?) didn't seem to like me :) The owner was amazing and went above and beyond when we left something behind. Would definitely recommend as a unique overnight stay. 」

"There wasn’t a train that went straight from my hotel to DC or Pentagon city, which was a bit of a pain. But luckily, there was a shuttle bus that went to Reagan airport and Pentagon City metro station. The bus drivers were super nice and even gave me a metro map. "
