「私達が日本人夫婦なので、経緯を表して、ホテルに日本の国旗をかかげてくれる、気配りの行き届いたステキな感動するホテルでした。宿泊日に生理になってしまい、ナプキンがなくて困っていた私に、英語でナプキンってなんて言うかわからずGoogle翻訳の画面見せてこれ(サニタリーになってました)ください、といっても、サニタリーは通じないみたいでしたが一生懸命何のことか聞いてくれ、その後すぐ通じて自 腹のポーチから私に恵んでくれた従業員さんもいました。
設計自体迷路のようなお城だからか、常に従業員が立っていてお困りですかー？迷いましたかー？などきいてくれるので、迷って困った、などということはありませんでした。バスタブがなくシャワーだけだったのが唯一の欠点でしたが、お姫様みたいな天蓋のベッドや広すぎるお部屋、モーニングルームサービス(有料)、どれをとっても本当に素敵すぎるホテルでした。友達の結婚式がこのホテルであるため、このホテルに宿泊しましたが、結婚式での食事もそれはそれはおいしくって！

「Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We opted for the cold continental breaky which was good with plenty of options and fresh fruit. We received an upgrade to an ensuite room which was awesome (none were available when we booked). Of note, google map sent us to the wrong location, found the right place but inputting the postal code. 」
