It has easy access to the beach, and an organized setup to clean off sand before going in or getting to the pool. The ocean view was spectacular!!!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at the Colony. Parking was on sight and free. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was spacious and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was great. The kitchen was a nice size and had all the consciences of home. Great location. All the staff were super friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Relaxing trip to The Colony

The Colony was very clean. The views from the living room, both bedrooms and the balcony are amazing! The Colony is so close to the beach! There was an ice cream social on Tuesday at the poolside! Fun! The pool was great in the morning till early afternoon, then it was in the shade. Such a friendly atmosphere! I would love to go again.

The rental was very spacious but could use some updating. Between the balcony and the boardwalk was a parking lot and the pool. With the distance and the AC right next to the balcony it was hard to hear the sound of the waves which is something I love about being oceanfront. Beds and pillows were comfy, water pressure was good. Unit was clean.

This property is in a great location and well maintained. Our unit was clean but had a few issues which I am sure will be addressed. The dishwasher wasn't efficient on Normal wash; the small bathroom had paint chipping off the tub; the water pressure was very low; water drained from the freezer unit onto the top shelf of the refrigerator. My travel partner and I are neither very tall, and the beds were difficult to get into because of the height. Still, a nice unit with carpet removed.

Average Condo. Not well maintained. Needs some TLC: Drains don't drain well, dresser drawers need repaired in Master BR. Balcony door is very difficult to open/close. Fans in several rooms because cooling system can't adequately cool. Nice fans, but not quiet fans. Can rent a two-bedroom condo here with additional sleeping capacity, but can only have one reserved parking space, not adequate. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, great location. Nice, average place. If you're looking for something more than average, look elsewhere. If not, the Colony is for you.
