This lovely beach home is designed for a quiet, comfortable vacation. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there's plenty of space for everyone! Enjoy your morning coffee from the sunroom or private balcony. Take a short walk over the Rudee Inlet Bridge to the beautiful Virginia Beach Boardwalk!

Whether you’re looking for loud, adventurous fun, or just a relaxed time near the beach, this area offers a blend of both. Explore the city’s eatery scene at some of the fantastic restaurants along the boardwalk. Do some shopping for souvenirs or beachwear in the street shops. Take an evening stroll or a bike ride along the boardwalk as you soak in the scenic beach views. You can also catch a show at 24th Street during summer, the live music performances are one of a kind. There’s just so much you can do!

A perfect location and property for our group of fishermen who came to fish the Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament. The property is conveniently located to the beach and the marinas as well as some good dining options nearby.

Virginia Beach trip

House had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Furnishing beautiful and beachy! Bedding and towels were fluffy and new. Fenced in yard was great for privacy. It was a 10!

Wonderful location. Quick simple access to the beach and boardwalk. House is open and airy, lovely beach decor. Beds are oh so comfortable! Only suggestion would be to equip the kitchen a little more for those who choose to cook during the stay. Would book again in a heartbeat and plan our menu a little differently. Lovely rental!

We came to VB to visit family and we absolutely loved our stay here. The location was great! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting on the decks enjoying the lovely views. It is walkable to the boardwalk and a 2 minute drive to the beach! We had a lot of beach stuff so we drove instead to the beach, but we could have easily walked with a small bag and backpack beach chair. The rental had comfy beds and nice beach decor! Lisa was friendly and helpful.

Vacation in Virginia Beach

We enjoyed our stay! The Beach and location was close enough to take the Dolphin boat tour and walk to restaurants. The only thing that would have been good was cleaning products to clean the tub.

Kid Sporting Event

We stayed here while in town for multi day sporting event. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood near the boardwalk. It’s a bit of a a walk to the boardwalk and food but we were there in the off season so we just drove down a few blocks and parked on the street. The house was very clean, with comfy beds and linens. We didn’t cook at the house but it seemed to be well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Would definitely stay here again.

Tranquil Beach Days

My husband and I both enjoyed our stay. This home is beautiful. Everyday we woke up and had our coffee to the best view of the ocean. How relaxing to watch the sparkling ocean and boats go by. Lisa was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing house

We found this gem of a rental on rather short notice when my niece planned a very quick wedding! It was PERFECT! It was close to everything, even within walking distance to the beach! The host was extremely easy to work with and responsive! Very happy with our stay and if we come back to town, this will be the place we try to rent!

Perfect Access to marinas and beach

This was booked for a boat owner and and several friends that were here to fish the Va Beach Billfish tournament. Perfect location and super clean and well maintained.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed this property - well appointed kitchen and clean. We did have a small ant problem, but the host communicated well with us and sent someone to take care of it. One soap dispenser was almost empty and there were not spare rolls of TP or paper towels. It is a .5 mile walk over a bridge to the boardwalk area, and a short drive to a wonderful parking area and quieter beach.

Good Location

My family visited Virginia Beach and stayed at this location for the first time. We really enjoyed the house. The house was neat, clean and very accommodating. The pictures are true to the house's appearance. The house is actually in walking distance from the beach. We would drive our beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas,etc) over to the beach and return to the house and park the car and walk back to enjoy the beach. Good Location especially if you do not want to be directly in the thick of things, but close enough to enjoy the beach and board walk.

Nice accommodations

Our family of three, with another family of three, had a really nice stay in this cozy beach house. It's in a perfect location with easy access to the boardwalk and beach and the home was spacious and clean. It was a close drive to the aquarium and convention center. Overall a great stay.

Long weekend with the fam!

We just loved the cottage! It was perfect for our family. Loved that all the bedrooms have their own access to bathrooms.Very clean, organized…plenty of linens. Short drive to the beach… because we had chairs, etc to bring with us. Quiet end of the beach. I would definitely stay again!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as described and was a really good space for a family of four. We have a little one, so it wasn't really walking distance to the beach for us, but the beach was a short drive with easy walking. My only wish is that there was a grill we could use!

This property was wonderful for my family. My "happy place" was the sun porch!! I also enjoyed the upper balcony. The water view from each location was both soothing and entertaining. My family especially loved the Grommet Island Park and Beach. The easy walk to the Virginia Beach boardwalk and shops was a plus!!!
