Along with access to three sparkling pools, guests can enjoy miles of beautiful sand and surf. Plus, this property is conveniently located less than 20 miles from popular attractions like the Military Aviation Museum, Red Wing Park, the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, and the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater at Virginia Beach. Sun-drenched and adorned with touches of seaside decor, this beautiful single-level condo features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, perfect for morning meals or quick snacks. Gather around the dining table for family dinners, game nights, or catching up on work, and then relax in the living area with comfortable sofas and a large TV for streaming your favorite shows. Step out onto the furnished balcony to take in rooftop views while enjoying your morning coffee or dining alfresco. While enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. For your convenience, this condo also offers central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer, ensuring a comfortable and effortless stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-00019 You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Everything. Close to the ocean, close to pier at Lil Isle park. Close to back bay. Great 2 room, two bath apt. With all the appropriate amenities, updated, clean, great restaurants. Great place to stay for one or two weeks+.

Beautiful condo

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation in the Sandbridge condo! It is beautiful and steps from the beach. The only thing that would make it better is if it faced the ocean. No complaints though. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Sandpiper Place B320 - highly recommend this unit!

We visited The Sanctuary with family who also rented different units and this one was by far the nicest and cleanest of them. The aesthetic is welcoming and the open and bright unit is very comfortable and makes you feel right at home. They also had board games that were nice for the kids and family on the couple of rainy days. If you stay at the sanctuary we highly recommend you stay in this condo!

Off season respite

My husband and I wanted a winter weekend experiencing walks on the sand and the sound of the surf. The weather didn't quite cooperate but we enjoyed our stay nevertheless. The condo was clean and had everything we could need. My only complaint would be that there wasn't a towel bar in the bathroom for hanging bath towels after showering. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Great Condo, Great Beach

No noise from neighbors or guest foot traffic outside. Beach was awesome. Clean, not crowded, well maintained. We rented a service to provide a tent/shelter and chairs on the beach for the week. I would recommend that to anyone who can afford to do it. It just makes everything easier and provides a central meeting location if you have a large group. Any minor problems were easily eclipsed by the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the condo and the fantastic beach.

Nice getaway

Much quieter area of Virginia Beach. Not a lot is open in November unfortunately but that has it's positives and negatives. I don't usually like to deal with a 3rd party rental company. Vacasa was good this time but the only thing I didn't like was that they texted us a 12:30 saying the condo was ready and when we went to pick up the key at Vacasa they told us we had to come back at 3:45. During the summer months I get it but this was the 2nd week of November. The place was ready, no reason to make us wait.
