You will also find a Queen Bedroom as well as two bedrooms with Twin Bunk Beds and a shared full bath. You have direct access to the beautiful Pool area overlooking the Bayside Canal. The fenced in yard makes this home a great choice for those who chose to bring their furry friend along. When the mid day temps start to rise, you can take refuge and relax in the poolside, shaded veranda. Don't forget to contact Ocean rentals to pick up some gear for your bayside water sport adventures- rent, and enjoy exploring Back Bay on stand up paddle boards or kayaks!

There were 15 of us, 8 adults and 7 children, aged 5-15.The house needs some work. We called maintenance a couple of times. The outside of house was filthy. Had to look at that every time you walked in the back door slider. The handle on the upstairs slider was 1/2 broke. Everyone struggled to open/close it.The floors could not have been mopped before we got there. Went to wipe up a spill shortly after we got there and the was was filthy dirty.The rug in front of the slider was stuck to the floor. Not sure the last time anyone moved it.Recliner in living room had a slip cover on it. Now we know why…….the pleather is cracking and peeling all over the floor. Needs a new kitchen faucet. This one doesn’t want to shut off.For the money, it wasn’t worth it. Probably won’t be staying there again.

Spacious property with a great pool. Great privacy and security. Dog friendly! Entryway to the dock could be improved and house could use some updating. Overall very satisfied and would recommend and return.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our family vacation here. The location is awesome! There is great space for family and the pool is a gem! We loved the deck and space outside. The dock on the canal was a great treat for the littles to fish! I also was very pleased with communication with the contact person at the management center (Stacey). She quickly responded when I reached out and was very helpful. The property does need a major update, and a good deep clean. Being early in the season, I would expect the house to have been pressure washed and all the entry mats to be replaced. It adds a sense of dinginess to the property sadly. That being said, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice house needs repairs
The house was nice & the neighborhood was great. The hot tub wouldn’t get hot or warm even. There weren’t enough towels for our stay & when we washed the towels that were provided the washers spin cycle didn’t work well. We had to ring the towels out & hang dry. Otherwise it was great!

Family Gathering
6 adults, 2 babies and a dog gathered for a family vacation. Property was great for us, though furnishings slightly aged and worn it was spotless on arrival. A few hiccups were encountered including a flood of the upstairs shower into the floor below but the management company wete very quick to act on our phone call. Also we would suggest that a pool skimmer be made available, although the pool was maintained as soon as we got some wind blowing debris around and lamding in the pool we had no real way of vleaning it out. Also the overhead fans were not working. But the positive is that a fantastic time was had by all and I would recommend this property for any large family/friends gathering.
