Resort one block from Beach 300A

This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area. The building is located off Pacific with its own cul-de-sac. Just one block from the ocean boardwalk. 31st and 24th live entertainment stages are only 4 blocks away. This part of the resort has the more desirable restaurants, very walkable. Harris Tweeter grocery store is an easy two block walk. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units. Each unit can be set up as a lock off, if you do not need five bedrooms just three or two. Each unit is private. When you enter the 300 door, small entrance area are two locked doors. Entrance to the three-bedroom unit or two-bedroom unit.
This unit 300A three-bedroom unit has the following set up. Please think of this apartment that are stacked on top of two-bedroom unit. The private elevator from ground floor to roof deck five floors, you share the elevator with other unit, but each floor is coded, guests only have codes for their floor. As you enter 300 door on main floor and hall, you have a locked door on your right. Enter the code and take the stairs to the next level. King bedroom with private bath. Two queen bedrooms with Jack and Jill shared bath, and W/D. Stairs to next level is the main living floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, two large TV's, kitchen and living, fireplace, 2 sofa beds and futon, 2 beautiful sliders. The roof deck next level has fire pit, grill, umbrella and teak seating. Every bedroom and living has its own Flat, streaming TV with one GIG Wi-Fi Ocean views from the deck of ships passing in the channel, surf in the ocean and night lights of the resort hi rise hotels Parking is ground floor under building 2 spots included extra's if needed.
