Mixed Bag
Pros:
Close to beach. Beach is in residential area so it was uncrowded and clean.
Quiet overall during the week. More road noise in the weekend but that it so be expected.
House appeared clean overall.
Cons:
I was perplexed by their obsession with guests taking the towels and they only left one hand towel for an entire week in a house with 4 people. Same for kitchen towels. This is not the 4 seasons. Nobody wants the towels.
Kitchen implements need an upgrade. Many of the pots were warped and needed replacing. Some of the utensils were half melted and unusable.
None of the furniture in this house is comfortable. The beds were awful and the pillows were so lumpy that it felt like a hygiene hazard. The other furniture was very uncomfortable for lounging and hanging out. No one in my house slept well.
I would not stay here again because of the comfort factor. I wanted a place where I could relax and spend time with my family and this is literally just a crash pad.
No beach items available for communal use. It would have been nice to have an umbrella or some chairs that could be borrowed.
