## ABOUT GREAT ESCAPE

Great Escape is ideal for multi-family vacations, family reunions, wedding groups, girls’ or guys’ trips, team getaways, and memorable family beach vacations.

The home features 6 advertised bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and additional sleeping space, giving larger groups room to spread out while enjoying time together.

Situated along a peaceful Sandbridge canal, the house is approximately 1½–2 blocks from the ocean. Spend your mornings enjoying the coastal atmosphere, your afternoons at the beach or pool, and your evenings relaxing in the hot tub or unwinding by the water.

## FIRST FLOOR: GAME ROOM & POOL ACCESS

The first floor features a spacious recreation and game room with entertainment for all ages, including:

- Pool table
- New foosball table
- Arcade games
- Television and lounge area
- Board games

Sliding glass doors open onto a covered patio overlooking the private pool, hot tub, and waterfront dock.

The first floor also includes three sleeping areas, including a queen bedroom with a private bathroom, plus a laundry room with two washers and two dryers for guest use.

It’s the perfect place for kids and adults to relax and have fun after a day at Sandbridge Beach.

## SECOND FLOOR: OPEN LIVING & DINING

Upstairs, you’ll find bright, open living spaces filled with natural light.

The main living room features comfortable seating and a large television, making it a great place for everyone to gather.

The fully stocked kitchen offers plenty of counter space and the essentials needed to prepare meals for your family and friends.

A custom dining table provides ample room for meals, board games, conversation, and quality time together.

Step onto the upper deck overlooking the private pool and canal. It’s a wonderful spot to grill, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

For an added bonus, climb to the private crow’s nest at the top of the house for beautiful views toward the ocean and bay.

## PRIVATE POOL & YEAR-ROUND HOT TUB

Enjoy your own private swimming pool during the summer season and a brand-new hot tub available year-round.

The pool features a new liner and is a favorite gathering spot for cooling off and enjoying time together after a beach day.

Please note that the private pool is seasonal and is not heated. The hot tub is available year-round.

## DOG-FRIENDLY SANDBRIDGE VACATION RENTAL

Your four-legged family members deserve a vacation, too! Great Escape welcomes dogs with prior approval, so your furry companions can join in the fun.

- Dogs require prior approval.
- A $100 nonrefundable pet fee applies per dog.

A beach cart and beach chairs are provided for guest use, making it easier to bring your beach-day essentials along.

Spend your morning on the sand, return home for an afternoon swim, and finish the day relaxing in the hot tub.

## WHY FRIDAY-TO-FRIDAY SUMMER RENTALS?

During June, July, and August, Great Escape rents Friday to Friday.

Friday check-in gives families the opportunity to settle in and enjoy the weekend at the beach. This schedule can also help avoid some of the heavy Saturday turnover traffic in Sandbridge, when vacation homes, cleaning companies, pool services, and other providers are busy preparing properties for incoming guests.

Please plan your summer vacation accordingly when selecting your dates.

## HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please review the following details before booking:

- **Check-in:** 4:00 PM
- **Check-out:** 10:00 AM (strict)
- **Minimum renter age:** 25
- **Summer rental schedule:** Friday to Friday during June, July, and August
- **Dogs:** Allowed with prior approval; $100 nonrefundable pet fee per dog
- **Pool:** Seasonal and not heated
- **Hot tub:** Available year-round
- **Quiet hours:** 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
- **Smoking:** Prohibited inside the home
- **Parties and events:** No parties or unauthorized events permitted
- **Housekeeping:** No maid service is provided after check-in
- **Electric vehicles:** Absolutely no charging electric vehicles at the property

A 10.5% City of Virginia Beach tax will be added to the rental price. This tax supports the beach and Sandbridge area.
