Located on the first floor (pool level), this luxurious getaway is just steps away from all the fun! It’s conveniently situated next to the fitness center, and outdoor Viking grilling stations, complete with seating areas for the whole family. Relax on your private patio while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. For your convenience, a large storage closet is available exclusively for your use on the garage parking level.

The main bedroom includes a TV and DVD player for your viewing enjoyment, along with a private bathroom. The second bedroom also features a TV with a DVD player. You’ll love the video game chairs, and an additional twin rollaway bed is available in the closet for any extra guests. Unwind in the living room with a large 42-inch LCD TV and DVD player—perfect for a relaxing evening after a fun day at the beach. Or, enjoy an evening cocktail on your private patio as the day winds down.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
