Would not suggest this place. Kitchen had 2 burners and nothing else. No kitchen utensils, no coffee maker, no linen. Just a bare kitchen. Went all week without a fire alarm. Turned in the broken one on day one and never replaced it 5 days later when we left. They charge you to park in the hotel parking. Charged my visitors $20 for visiting 1 1/2.. Large cockroach in living room on 3rd day there. The nice thing was , it was walking distance to the beach.

No staff at night , And nothing mentioned at check in . No one on property to help you if needed. I accidentally locked my keys in my room when i went to car for something and ended up having to sleep in car all night . Saw other guests come in the middle of night and no one to check thrm in . Sad . Nice place but no service .

Book somewhere else

Where do I begin… I booked 3 rooms paid in advance. I knew that this was a motel so my expectations were not high. I wasn’t expecting the amenities as Marriott and Hilton. But I wasn’t expecting roaches either. We opened the door and was horrified at the conditions of the room. Bathroom was not clean, toilet, tub and mirror was dirty. Floors was sticky and dirty. We called the front office and was told that we could get the bucket and mop and clean the floors ourselves. We went to Walmart and bought pillows, sheets, blankets and cleaning supplies. After a thorough cleaning we put the sheets on the bed and made the best out of a bad situation. Some other motel occupants were fighting at 3am on both nights we were there. Unfortunately due to a popular festival all hotels were booked. We did wait until the last minute to find and book our hotel. So lesson learned on our part. The Only good thing about this place was the distance to the beach and the festival.

My stay with Breeze inn was great! Within 4-5 minutes or less walking distance from the Beach, stores and restaurants. Rooms were really big and clean, area was quiet also. For the price, it was a huge win and you can’t beat it!! Staff were really nice and I highly recommend staying here for your next visit.

BED BUGS

The room was clean but there was some things of concern. The bathroom shower curtain has mold on it, one of the sheet covers on the bed had a cigarette burns on it. The biggest thing is that we got bed bug bites. My whole arm and neck is full of bed bug bites. This is a HUGE health concern and should be taken care of by the staff. All those mattress’s, sheets and pillows should be changed. It is terrible.

Please stay somewhere else

Where do I begin….. I booked 3 rooms paid in advance. I knew it was a motel so I didn’t have high expectations. But the dirty bathrooms, roaches were unexpected. Literally everywhere was sold out because of Funk Fest. So we all had no other choice. We went to Walmart and bought pillows, sheets, blankets and cleaning supplies. We complained to the front desk about the dirty floors and we had to get the mop and bucket to mop our own floors. We Lysoled & disinfect the entire room. Put our Walmart sheets on the bed and prayed for the best. We had to keep our luggage zipped because of the roaches. Needless to say it was very uncomfortable.

We ended up not staying the night here. Let me preface by saying we’ve slept in some less-than-desirable conditions, but this was more than we could look past. We opened the door to our room and were hit with an aroma, some mixture of marijuana, smoke, and just overall uncleanliness. The bed linens were crumpled and looked untouched since the last person who stayed. The pillows had imprints where the last person laid their head. We pulled back one of the comforters to look at the sheets and found numerous stains on it. We scrambled to find another place to stay, and luckily found one. We just needed a place to lay our head that evening, and it was so disgusting that we couldn’t justify staying. I am currently in the process of getting a refund, but no one has picked up my calls and the front desk woman was not too helpful.

When I arrived at this motel I saw that it was sketchy. The building was not in great shape and the people around there were off-putting. There was not much of a choice of where I could stay because every hotel was booked far in advance so I’ve seen good reviews about this motel and thought it couldn’t be terrible, unfortunately I was wrong. It was. I opened the door to the room and placed all of my belongings on the floor. When I got into the bedroom I lifted up the sheets and saw many stains that resembled blood. Then I looked behind the bed and saw there was a needle. That’s when I exited and checked out of the place. I was not offered any compensation for my stay.
