This spacious beach condo, located in the oceanfront Sanctuary development, is aptly named Sound Waves for its breathtaking views of serene Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge from the extra-large private balcony. Plan to slow your pace upon arrival, relax in style and convenience, and enjoy stunning sunsets over the bay each evening.
This resort-like complex is situated right on the beach in sunny Sandbridge, offering the most extensive amenities in the area. Step out your front door for near-instant access to one of three large sparkling pools.Surrounding the pools, you’ll find multiple Viking gas grilling stations and comfortable teak outdoor seating with umbrellas and tables. For those who prefer the sand, take a quick walk to dip your toes in the warm sand and cool Atlantic Ocean.
After a fun day at the beach, unwind in the primary suite, which features a private entrance to the beautiful balconies, a TV, and a spacious bathroom with granite and tile finishes. The second bedroom also includes a TV for your convenience. Your younger beachgoers will love the third bunk bedroom, equipped with twin-over-double bunk beds and a TV. Don’t forget to bring your game console, games, and gadgets—free cable and WiFi are provided for your enjoyment!

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
