We arrived early on our first day and we were able to leave our luggage in the office while we changed into our suits and enjoyed the beach till check in. Room was as exactly as described with lots a great food places in walking distance. Loved the live music on the Boardwalk and the ocean front view was great for my morning coffee. Will definitely stay again here

Enjoyed my respite for 4 days 3 nights. Much needed as I'm a full time caregiver and needed some down time. Had everything needed. If I had one request would be to have a Keurig vs a regular coffee pot. I had to go out every day to get coffee and I drink multiples a day...lol! I could have used the pods I had and the creamer I brought to make my one cup of coffee's as needed. It was calm, clean, and comfortable. I received the much needed rest. Look forward to go going back.

Ocean front balcony right on the boardwalk. This is an old building that needs updating but it was clean convenient cheap. Needs a newer mattress though

Great view. Close to good restaurants. If you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs. We had a water leak in our first unit and they quickly got us moved to another. Would consider staying there again.

Very nice

Condo was small, but very clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. Location was great. We walked to dinner several nights. Rented bikes just a 1/2 block away and we rode on bike path that runs alongside boardwalk. Boardwalk was clean, also. Definitely would book here again.

This place was perfect for us 2 for the week! It was a perfect beach view, it is a small balcony but nonetheless met our needs to sit outside and enjoy hearing the sounds of the ocean. Check in was easy and quick, we were able to unload our truck right out front before parking in the garage. It was quick to get a cart and an elevator everytime, I think the longest wait was about 2 minutes if that. The hallways have AC which is nice, the AC in the rooms is powerful, we like it cold and keep our house 68, we had this place up to 76 and it was still cold. The kitchen had everything we needed- only issue was the toaster didn't toast unless you held down the handle which I forgot to let them know sorry! Otherwise it was perfect, there's a small table with 4 chairs, bed was very comfortable as well and we didn't hear a lot of hallway noise with the room being in the front. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 instead of a 5 was the cleaning could have been better, the shower curtain had black stuff on it, there's a little wear and tear with age but I brought my own cleaning supplies and just gave a quick once over again, otherwise everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. They supply you with lots of little things too, coffee with filters, small S&P, hand soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, body wash, 2 rolls paper towels and 3 rolls.of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, just very thoughtful and appreciated. Loved it here for our perfect week

First time Vrbo renter for this trip. Wanted something right on the beach for views and sound as it's off season and colder. Found a great deal-pics were a little filtered but got the general same look. Building and rooms were a little dingy and could've used a bit more cleaning. But everything that was listed was provided and worked correctly. Side note the whole hallway smelled like weed, but apparently lots of people ignored the 100 threat of fee for smoking. lol or maybe it's worth it? Either way, it was what we paid for we received, and we're quite happy with the stay. And the property manager responded right away with questions. Overall would recommend for a great stay right on Virginia Beach Boardwalk!
