Sandstone Studio w/Private Courtyard, 20 minutes from Zion

  • We aim to complement the experience of visiting Zion by bringing the feeling of the outdoors inside: natural light, airy ceilings, and canyon colors. A glass door and tall windows make the private courtyard feel like part of the interior.

(Please note that - alas! - we cannot allow pets. We do love animals, but allergies intervene.)

Newly built in 2020, the studio is attached to our home but functions as a totally private apartment with its own entrance, gated courtyard, kitchenette, climate control, and smart TV. We have two adjacent studio rentals and courtyards with similar accommodations, also attached to our home. All are fully electric and run on solar power.

Our memory foam mattresses are comfy as all get-out and we went out of our way to make sure the showers are exactly what hikers are looking for after a long day: great water pressure and giant, fluffy towels! This is a great spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Zion area and a well-placed launching pad for your next outing.

Privacy disclosure: Please note that there are two outdoor security cameras on the property. The first is situated over the owners' private entrance and doesn't view any part of any area guests will access. The second camera looks over the driveway/parking area that guests will share, but cannot see into any private guest areas/courtyards.

I absolutely loved this place! It’s cute, clean, comfortable bed, updated and I really appreciated the sandstone decor! It had a private entrance with patio. I don’t even recall hearing anything (traffic, neighbors, other guests, etc) while inside but the overall area is quiet. The drive wasn’t too far from Zion NP which I think is great because you get out of the tourist traps and get amazing views on the drive out and back. Will definitely look into again when I visit the area in the future!

Definitely a cute well appointed place to stay with a super easy ride to the park. Never saw the owners and wasnt quite sure how to reach them if I really needed them. Rental price was very reasonable but all the added fees made it a bit pricey for me.

An oasis! This rental was similar in size to a larger hotel room - a room for a bed and little kitchenette and a bathroom - but so much more private and personal. Diana was a phenomenal communicator, and incredibly prompt - from booking through our stay. And she's thought of everything! The explanation of how to get to the location, the code to get in, a couple of water bottles to help satiate our thirst, and a beautiful bathroom and shower - we couldn't have asked for more! When we come back to Zion National Park, we'll be staying here for sure!
