「Our son had a baseball tournament in Cortland/Ithaca so we chose to forgo the mediocre price gauged hotel chains and do some fancy camping. The owners were super welcoming. The tent was spacious (4 of us) and the location by the river was amazing. I was most worried about the shared bathrooms but they were immaculate & clean. 「We found this motel perfectly suitable for our needs. We made use of the refrigerator and microwave and enjoyed the coffee machine available down the hall by the exercise room every morning. The location was very convenient for us, the beds were very comfortable, and had no issues during our stay.」

「The carpet in the hall is blue but so threadbare it is white before each door. The windows you can barely see out of they are so dirty. The wallpaper is falling off the wall with many dings and dents in the walls, lampshades. 5 pillows and one was yellowish. A huge rip in my curtains. rips on the chair at the desk. Hard to believe this place is 170 a night. Very disappointed to stay here.」
