Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Altstadt von Sterzing, die Talstation zum Roßkopf und die Therme waren fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne Radtouren führten uns in die Berge und zu schönen Almhütten. Einfach alles toll.

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtetes Apartment am Rande der Altstadt von Sterzing. Erledigungen, Einkäufe, Restaurantbesuche und Freizeitaktivitäten wie die Rosskopfseilbahn oder der Kletterwald sind bequem fussläufig erreichbar! Trotz der vergleichsweise geringen Größe ist das Apartment klug geschnitten und gemütlich Einzig die nahe Durchfahrtstrasse ist etwas laut, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt. Nachts kann man bei geschlossenen Fenster dank Klimaanlage ruhig schlafen.

Pros: La posizione e come era composto l' appartamento. L' ingresso in piscina gratuito Cons: I PDF prima dell' arrivo con le (eccessive) regole della casa da rispettare sulla pulizia finale e lo smaltimento dei rifiuti e l' inventario della casa con tutti gli oggetti da controllare all' arrivo (pena la perdita della cauzione di 200 euro richiesta prima di arrivare). Cose che tolgono relax all' arrivo e alla partenza di un soggiorno vacanza.

Empfehlenswert !

Pros: Die Lage zum Ort und zum Bahnhof (10 Min) ist super. Die Einrichtung schön und durchdacht, alles in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Parkplatz an der Haustür - Aufzug. Die Info in der Stadt war freundlich und kompetent. Cons: Leider war das Balneum geschlossen während unseres Urlaubs und das war nicht so deutlich.
