Property Summary
Casa Barco is a beautiful and cozy apartment complex built in 2008 and renovated in 2022, located just 4 km from the center of Vinaròs, Spain. This vacation rental property boasts 10 apartments and offers amenities such as a swimming pool, children's pool, outdoor shower, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The apartments are situated in a quiet position, only 500 meters from the sea and the beach.

The property features a shared angular swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 meters with a depth of 120 - 200 cm, available seasonally from January 1 to December 31. Additionally, there is a children's pool and an outdoor shower for your convenience.

The property is conveniently located near various transportation options, including a bus stop "Vinaròs" just 250 meters away and the railway station "Vinaròs" at a distance of 4.6 km. Groups of teenagers are accepted upon request only. Additional accommodations can be booked at the property, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 63 square meters and is located on the second floor. The living/dining room features a dining table, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with access to a terrace. One bedroom has a French bed (1 x 135 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The other bedroom is equipped with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating.

Amenities Included
The apartment is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also features a bar and an 80-liter boiler. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a shower/WC, forced-air heating, terrace furniture, a washing machine, iron, and a hair dryer. You will have access to WiFi internet (free) and a reserved parking space (number 3).

Fantastic

Verblijf was top! Appartement was netjes en schoon, heerlijk geslapen en top locatie voor ons.. paar minuten naar het strand. Mooie ingebouwde kleding kasten alleen zonder hangers, hebben we wel ongevraagd en na 2 dagen gekregen. Ik miste een stofzuiger, verder niks aan te merken. Zou zo nog een keer boeken.
