"It was a very old and dirty apartment which needed refurbishment 20 years ago. The smell was gross. The carpets disaster and the sofa literally belonged to the street. "Overall we enjoyed the property. The location was ideal for getting around town. It was quiet and relaxing. Given we are a bit older, it did get tricky given the toilette was on a separate floor from the bedrooms. If stairs are a challenge, this would not be an ideal location as there is no lift/elevator. ..."
