"Personnel gentil, on nous a surclassé dans un chalet car problème technique dans la chambre réservée, on est arrivé tardivement et l'arrivée s'est bien passée de façon autonome suite à l'sms reçu, le chalet est spacieux et dispose d'une cuisine, mais quelques points négatifs : pas de lit bébé alors que confirmé par téléphone la veille, aucune serviette de bains alors que la chambre réservée est censée en contenir, les lits ne sont pas confortables , pas de produit de lave vaiselle (boîte vide)...

"This property is wonderful. It is light, spacious and very well-equipped. The house and extensive grounds are perfect for a large group to holiday together. The facilities are good for groups all ages. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure guests' are comfortable. Communications were prompt and easy. "Les moins : le ménage n'est pas super bien fait.. l'aspirateur trop plein n'aspire pas... la vaisselle est trop juste..donc obligé de tourner le lave vaisselle souvient. Manque des balais pour le nettoyage rapide au quotidien. Les plus : l'emplacement, le calme ,la vue sur la Marne, le gardien sympathique et à l'écoute. Le côté pratique du gîte, et un bon rapport/qualité prix. Un gîte très agréable avec des choses à améliorer ..(voir plus haut )"

"It is a really nice place to stay, we loved the atmosphere and the trust the owners gave with their hospitality made us feel right at home ☺️ Our little one (2 years old) enjoyed feeding the neighbors chickens every evening and all the toys that were available! In the morning we would explore the area around Chacrise (such as Donjon de Septmonts and the Chemin des Dames route with the Caverne du Dragon or visit some of the Champagne houses near Reims) and in the afternoon were able to relax...

It would have also been helpful for them to have a welcome book or something in the apartment to help guests with additional information - such as wifi, tv, check out, etc. We could have also used a trash bag in the kitchen garbage."
