Family home offering everything you need for a good time. Ideally located at the gates of the Aspres in a quiet setting, you will enjoy all the advantages of a complete space for relaxation (swimming pool, fitness room, games room) and work if necessary. 2 parking spaces + 1 outside.
The only request is that our family cat Cookie will be one more guest by your side. You can let him run around during the day and have him sleep warm at home at night (preferential price).

Layout: On the first floor, enjoy a beautiful bright living room/living area, sublimated by large glass roofs that offer an elegant and modern overview, while letting in natural light on the work and fitness areas. A master suite on the first floor will offer you a warm and private space. In the living room, a 140x190 sofa bed will accommodate 2 additional people.
The floor is entirely dedicated to the youngest, offering a space that is both playful and comfortable. It has two bedrooms specially designed for children, each carefully decorated to please little adventurers or dreamers. A spacious games room is at their disposal, equipped with games, books, Tv + Switch and activities for all ages.
You will also find a modern bathroom and a separate toilet, for more practicality.
Outside, a trampoline and a 6x3 swimming pool with beach and indoor edge will allow fun for the whole family and in complete safety.

Your access: Welcome to our house, designed to offer you a pleasant and relaxing stay!
You will have access to all the comforts of the first floor: cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen and welcoming master bedroom.
The bedrooms upstairs are specially designed for children; they will therefore be accessible only if you are traveling with your family. Otherwise, they will remain closed in order to preserve the privacy and calm of the house.
Guests have access to the entire accommodation, except for certain locked areas (cupboards, drawers or other personal storage spaces). These areas are not accessible during the stay.

Important: the care given to our family cat is important to us, he is at home and hopes to be pampered by his new encounters. Cuddly but reserved by nature, he is still very sociable and independent. All you have to do is give him his kibble and a little attention – he loves petting! Everything you need will be provided (food, litter, simple instructions).
